I’m a product design manager at Everlaw in the San Francisco Bay Area. My mission there is to design the most intuitive litigation platform and, ultimately, bring consumer-grade user experience to the legal industry. Designing teams and processes is exciting, but even more energizing to me is supporting them in creating their best work.
I believe that good design happens when teams are collaborative, empathetic, and inspired by the same vision. I also believe that success and high performance follow happiness — not the other way around. These two beliefs are the foundation of my management style.
